Job Creation
We create jobs to unemployed in the rural areas around us.
Under the Ministry of Public Works and in in collaboration with The Independent Development Trust of South Africa (IDT) Hosanna currently gives Job to one hundred and four (104) unemployed in trust areas around Hazyview. About sixty are busy in Hosanna’s own projects; as for instance, the Homed Base Care Project, the Orphan and Vulnerable Project, Hosanna Creche, vegetable garden, maintenance, etc. About forty are allocated to clinics, schools, police station, other NGOs, Hosanna Church, Mihindzu guesthouse etc. All are under Hosanna’s responsibility who recruits the people, pays salaries, follow up performance, absenteeism, etc. and reports to IDT.
While IDT covers the costs for salary, Hosanna itself pays the salary to the Project Manager and are presently looking for sponsors to cover the salary for the PM.
